  • Overview

    - To champion tools within the CPM team, within IDeaS, and externally to IDeaS
    - To ensure CPM team tools are accurately and efficiently used by CPMs and other
    teams using the tools owned by the CPM team
    - To lead long term strategic projects related to the CPM team tools
    - To create and manage long term plans for each tool


    Major Responsibilities:

    •Management of Main CPM Tools
    oSFDC inc. Chatter
    oMS Teams
    oSharePoint site for CPM team
    •Management implies
    o Planning (Short and Long Term)
    o Controlling
    o Fixing
    o Training
    •Associated Resources
    o Core Team > Tools Team Manager
    o Support Team > Lead SME for each tool
    o Support Team > Support SME in regions for each tools
    •Requirements also include Annual Planning Projects;
    o Involvement in Survey Project
    o Leader of Instancy Support Project
    o Involvement in PHB as Tester and Trainer
    o Leader of Clarizen Review/Audit Project/Process
    o Any other reasonable duties as required by the company.


    o Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as hospitality management or business
    administration or equivalent work experience.
    o 5+ year’s business experience with at least 2 years in a project management role.
    o Comprehensive and proven project management skills.
    o Organizational, planning, analytical and problem solving skills.
    o Hotel industry experience

    •Working knowledge of project management tool(s)
    o Strong interpersonal skills
    o Ability to multi-task
    o Ability to work pro-actively without minimal supervision
    o Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
    o Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment
    o Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Project, and MS office software suite
    o Flexibility during times of change


    o Working knowledge of service industry
    o or similar CRM database experience
    o MA or MBA
    o Multi- or Bi-lingual
    o Experience working with a broad spectrum of disciplines and backgrounds


    o Some travel may be required for the purpose of meetings with clients, or internal company
    meetings at other locations.
    o Flexible working hours may be required in order to meet project deadlines and accommodate
    clients in various time zones.
    o Ability to concentrate and be productive within a vibrant office environment.
