Summary

Major Responsibilities
- Directly manages Client Success Managers and Client Support Managers.

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the continued success and development of Salesforce.com and its integration with other tools and business processes across the organization. Should have experience in leading a
team of administrators and developers. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com System Administration and Development within a busy and complex Unlimited Edition environment including database cleanup, creation of
new custom apps and objects, triage and management of Case support requests including administrative needs of users, configuration of Salesforce.com, custom development using Apex and Visualforce, LWC development of reports and dashboards, and adhering to best practices to ensure high usability and data quality.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to set milestones and in consideration of the departmental and company goals. What you’ll be doing...
- Direct and manage the IDeaS solution implementation from beginning to end ensuring that the system delivered will meet the client’s expectations and deliver ongoing benefits to the client.
- Develop project plans and associated communication documents ensuring that all materials presented meet set format standards and convey professionalism and clarity.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members, stakeholders, and clients in a timely and clear fashion.

What you’ll bring to us…
