This role will be charged with evolving our reporting capabilities to drive greater alignment and efficiencies between Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Operations, and Finance.  This person will be responsible for building sustainable global reporting and intelligence models to understand, inform and drive functional effectiveness at Executive level and throughout the function. As a member of a growing team, your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of the functional area and the company. To be successful in this role a team member would possess analytical and statistical aptitude, ability to facilitate change, analyze business processes, technical skills, strong business acumen and communication skills to work across teams and with a variety of levels within the organization.

What you’ll be doing... 

  • Works closely with the functional Leadership to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Searches for optimal internal and SalesForce (SFDC) system efficiencies
  • Provides department specific process and SFDC training for new team members,

system updates, or process changes.

  • Monitors the quality of functional data through dashboards/KPI’s and coordinates with other functional Business Analysts to ensure accuracy of underlying data for key internal reporting Work with Business Information Systems function to develop the SFDC enhancement roadmap indicators
  • Analyzes and communicates trend data
  • Communicates all relevant SFDC environment changes/updates for the function.
  • Initial functional point of contact for any SFDC inquiry
  • Evolve reporting dashboards, metrics, KPI’s and ROI models, with focus on key levels of decision making:  Executive insights, functional operations, and tactical level optimization
  • Build or change tracking documents and reports using performance metrics
  • Develops and manages weekly, monthly, and annual dashboards
  • Provides ad hoc reports, data, and sales tracking information
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

What you’ll bring to us… 

  • 4+ years of business analytics experience, preferably in  a Business to Business SaaS subscription environment
  • 4+ years experience in CRM reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another directly related field or equivalent combination of years of education and experience.
  • Experience in aggregating data, writing, and revising system reports
  • Previous experience in the rollout of system upgrades or changes
    • Generation of departmental documentation
    • Participation or preparation of training
    • Creation of audit measures and metrics to evaluation adaptation of the change
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Understands the structure and operations of relational databases
  • Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including TEAMS, and Advanced abilities to aggregate and manipulate data through Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact in a team environment with all levels of employees

The icing on the cake would be…

  • Previous SalesForce or other CRM superuser responsibilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of subscription based models with experience in a global SaaS
  • MBA or MS in Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
  • Good leadership and project management skills.
