Principal IT Software Developer

The primary focus of this position is to ensure the continued success and development of Salesforce.com and its integration with other tools and business processes across the organization. Should have experience in leading a

team of administrators and developers. Responsibilities include Salesforce.com System Administration and Development within a busy and complex Unlimited Edition environment including database cleanup, creation of

new custom apps and objects, triage and management of Case support requests including administrative needs of users, configuration of Salesforce.com, custom development using Apex and Visualforce, LWC development of  reports and dashboards, and adhering to best practices to ensure high usability and data quality.

• Experience in Apex, Triggers, Batch classes, Visual Force, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, SOQL, SOAP or REST-based web services, XML, and JavaScript.
• Experience utilizing development frameworks and libraries, such as the Lightning Component Framework, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and jQuery, or equivalent.
• Build the code according to the Technical Specifications, Detailed Design, Maintainability, and Coding and Efficiency standards and document software according to the functional. requirements or user stories and coding standards.
• Experience with administration setup and configuration with excellent troubleshooting skill.
• Experience of Salesforce data modeling concepts and relational databases.
• Effective communicator, able to express ideas clearly in written, visual, or oral form with business and technical people. Client Communication capabilities will be appreciated.
• Multiple Salesforce Certifications will be preferred.

What you’ll be doing...

• Master/ bachelor’s degree in computer, Information Technology, Business Administration, or similar degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Salesforce.com System Administrator, Developer and any Architect cert is a plus.
• 8+ years’ experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com utilizing Professional Edition, Unlimited Edition, and/or Performance Edition
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com, Apex, Trigger, LWC implementation along with REST API integration.
• Ability to lead a team of 8 individuals.
