The Account Executive (Business Development Manager), Parking is responsible for new business sales of IDeaS Revenue Management Software Solutions and Services into the parking industry through a direct sales approach to global airports. This is very much a new business development role.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Develop new business and executes strategic sales campaigns which will help grow volume, market share and profit on a value proposition basis. Identifies, qualifies, and pursues growth opportunities.
  • Build, create and develop your own lead generation, pipeline, lead, grow, and provide sales and development opportunities in current market, as well as expand to new markets and market segments.
  • Manage sales relationships through a full life cycle, including approach, negotiation, closure, contract support, and long-term relationships.
  • Provide regular forecast reports and updates for the assigned territory to the company.
  • Manage annual sales business plan (quota) and monitor progress to monthly and quarterly objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets ongoing.
  • Assist in corporate lead generating activities and support of industry trade shows/events.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • 5 or more years in software sales, with demonstrated success and overachievement of value proposition sales/quota attainment.
  • Strong new business development and lead generation experience. Pure Hunter.
  • Excellent consultative and listening skills with a strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels, including Executive Management (C-Level) teams.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (International travel potentially)
