IDeaS is seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Training and Internal Enablement Specialist to join our Commercial Success department. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs to empower our teams across all business units to fully leverage our Salesforce platform. By creating comprehensive, tailored training materials and conducting engaging sessions, you will drive Salesforce adoption and maximize its value for our organization. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Success team and key stakeholders, ensuring our Salesforce capabilities support and enhance business objectives.
What you’ll be doing...
• Design and develop engaging training materials, such as user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and exercises, tailored to specific business units' needs.
• Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure employees across all business units understand Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Customize training content to meet the unique requirements of each business unit, ensuring relevance and practical application.
• Collect and incorporate feedback from participants to improve training materials and methods, aligning with user input and evolving business needs.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, developers, and business leaders to integrate system updates, enhancements, and changes into training.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up sessions to reinforce key training concepts and help users address Salesforce-related issues.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of training materials, schedules, and feedback for continuous program enhancement.
• Track and report on program effectiveness, participation rates, and improvements in user proficiency to Salesforce users’ managers and senior leadership.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to ensure training programs remain effective and relevant.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to us…
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Training and Enablement, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce and related technologies, with e-learning platform experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating with diverse teams.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
• Flexibility to adapt training content to the varying needs of different business units.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Travel as business requirements dictate at management discretion.
