Now we just need you!

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy, Commercial Technology & Intelligence (CTI), This role provides CTI‑wide delivery enablement and project management expertise, supporting how commercial technology teams plan, coordinate, and deliver work across Quote‑to‑Cash, Product & Pricing, and Dashboarding & Insights.
The primary purpose of the role is to improve delivery maturity across CTI by embedding practical project management standards, coaching teams on effective ways of working, and supporting the use of modern delivery tools. The role is explicitly supportive and enabling, with accountability for outcomes remaining with CTI pillar and domain leads.
In addition, the role provides delivery support for Product & Pricing‑related Salesforce activities, ensuring work is well‑planned, coordinated, tested, and aligned with agreed delivery practices.
This is a senior individual contributor role with a broader scope than functional execution roles, requiring demonstrated project management experience and the ability to operate credibly across multiple teams.

What you’ll be doing...

CTI Wide Project Management Enablement & Delivery Support

• Act as a project management enablement resource across the entire CTI organization, supporting teams including:
   o Quote to Cash (QTC)
   o Product & Pricing
   o CPQ
   o Dashboarding & Insights
o Other CTI initiatives as they evolve
• Enable CTI teams to effectively project manage their own initiatives and processes, providing structure, guidance, and practical support while allowing domain leads to retain accountability.
• Provide hands on project management coaching and support, helping teams apply fit for purpose practices such as:
o Clear scoping and success criteria
o Work plans, milestones, and dependencies
o Risk, issue, and decision management
• Support medium to large, cross functional initiatives by:
   o Helping structure delivery plans
o Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
o Preparing coordination materials and status updates
• Promote consistent use of project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI, keeping processes pragmatic and lightweight.
• Support CTI teams in the effective use of modern project management tools, including Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms, by:
o Helping set up and maintain project spaces, boards, workflows, and dashboards
o Improving visibility into priorities, progress, and blockers
• Act as a coordination and consistency point across CTI initiatives to reduce duplication and improve alignment.
• Support project close out activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and recommendations to improve future delivery.

Product & Pricing Delivery Support (Salesforce)

• Provide delivery and coordination support for Product & Pricing related Salesforce work, under the direction of Product & Pricing leadership.
• Support activities such as:
   o Product setup and maintenance
   o Price book configuration
o Discount logic and pricing rules
o Product lifecycle and clean up activities
• Ensure Product & Pricing changes are:
   o Planned and coordinated effectively
   o Tested prior to release
   o Documented and communicated appropriately
• Partner with Finance and Commercial Technology to support accurate execution of:
   o Billing related configuration
   o Revenue recognition updates

What you’ll bring to us…

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in project management, delivery enablement, business operations, or enterprise systems support, including experience supporting cross functional initiatives in a technology or commercial operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex initiatives, including structuring work, tracking dependencies, managing risks, and supporting successful outcomes.
• Proven ability to enable and coach teams on effective project management practices, standards, and ways of working, without direct authority over delivery teams.
• Experience working effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders, including individual contributors, functional leads, technical teams, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation skills, including:
• Supporting meeting structure and agendas
• Helping teams surface risks, issues, and decisions
• Driving clarity and follow through without formal ownership
• Strong problem solving, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Hands on experience with modern project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms, including task tracking, workflows, and status visibility.
• Ability to work independently while also operating effectively as part of a matrixed, cross functional team.
• Familiarity with Salesforce based commercial environments (e.g., Product, Pricing, CPQ, Quote to Cash) preferred.
